Bidders may obtain sets of bidding documents by paying a refundable deposit of $150.00 per set ordered. Deposit checks shall be made out to “Hafer”.

Project Description: Improvements to Dubois County Park, including demolition, new restroom building, new trails and new RV campsites as defined by the Bid Documents.

Bids will be received for the following Work:
General Contract (all trades).

Owner will receive sealed lump sum bids until the bid date and time at the location given below. Owner will consider bids prepared in compliance with the Instructions to Bidders issued by Owner, and delivered as follows:

Prebid Meeting: A Prebid meeting for all bidders will be held at the 4H Center, Clover Pavilion, on Thursday, November 18, 2021, at 9:30 a.m. local time (EST). Prospective bidders are requested to attend.

Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud the same day at 2:00 p.m. local time (EST) at County Annex Building Commissioners’ Meeting Room 2nd Floor 602 Main Street Jasper, Indiana
