Sealed Bids will be received by the City of Henderson, Kentucky Utility Commission, (the PURCHASER / OWNER) until 3 PM local time, Friday, January 21, 2022, at which time and place Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud, for HMP&L – Network Operations Center.

Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting: Thursday, January 13, 2022, at 10:00 A.M., Denton Shelter, located in Atkinson Park at 1813 N. Elm Street, Henderson, Kentucky.

Prior to the bid opening, sealed bids shall be accepted in-person until 2:00 p.m., local time, on January 21, 2022, at the HMP&L main office located at 100 Fifth Street, Henderson, Kentucky.

Bid Opening: Friday, January 21, 2022, 3:00 P.M., at the Atkinson Clubhouse located at 1801 N. Elm Street, for the Henderson Municipal Power & Light.
Commencement of the Work: January 26, 2022
Completion of the Work: is November 18, 2022

Bidders may purchase up to three printed sets of bidding documents by paying a refundable deposit of $100.00 per set ordered. Deposit checks shall be made payable to “Hafer”.

Amount of the deposit for up to three sets of bidding documents may be refunded in full when the Plans and Specifications have been returned to MACO – Evansville Blue within ten (10) days after time set for receiving bids and in good re-usable condition. If the Plans and Specifications are returned after this ten (10) day period or in unusable condition, the deposit will be forfeited.

One (1) set of bidding documents consists of one (1) Project Manual and one (1) Complete Set of Drawings.
