Copies of the Plans and Specifications may be obtained from MACO – Evansville Blue, 600 Court Street, Evansville, Indiana 47708, (812) 464-8108 or by accessing website http://www.haferplanroom.com/ using your company’s active account information. If your company is not currently registered, you may do so by clicking “Register for an account”. Registered account holders may download digital files for a nominal fee. One (1) set of bidding documents consists of one (1) Project Manual and one (1) Complete Set of Drawings. Bidders are required to provide a $100 refundable deposit for one set of bidding documents.
The project will include the renovation of an existing 5,909 SF area and an addition of 472 SF area located on the Sullivan Elementary and Middle School Campus. The building will be renovated to facilitate the Kitchen and Cafeteria areas for the Southwest School Corporation.
A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 2:00 P.M. EST, Wednesday, February 02, 2022, at the Southwest School Corporation, Central Office, 1502 North Section Street, Sullivan, Indiana 47882.
Bids shall be accepted, opened and read immediately after submission at the Southwest School Corporation Office of Administration, 1502 North Section Street, Sullivan IN, 47882. Bids are due at 2:00 P.M. EDT, Wednesday, February 16, 2022.
