Sealed Proposals for the furnishing of all materials and the performance of all labor in accordance with the contract documents for the project referenced herein will be received at the Pike County School Corporation, 211 South 12th Street, Petersburg, IN 47567. All bids will be accepted until 2:00 PM (local time EST) on October 11, 2022. Any bids received after the designated time will be returned unopened. Bids shall be delivered in sealed envelopes bearing the name and address of bidder and indicating identification of the project.

Pre-Bid Meeting: A Pre-Bid Meeting will be conducted at the project site on September 14, 2022 at 10:00 AM local time (EST). Bidders are encouraged to attend.

Copies of the Plans and Specifications may be obtained from MACO – Evansville Blue, 600 Court Street, Evansville, Indiana 47708 (812) 464-8108 or by accessing website http://www.haferplanroom.com/ using your company’s active account information. If your company is not currently registered, you may do so by clicking “Register for an account”. Registered account holders may download digital files for $25.

Bidders may purchase up to two printed sets of bidding documents by paying a refundable deposit of $100.00 per set ordered. Deposit checks shall be made out to “Hafer”.
