Project Description: Construction of a golf driving range, putting greens, site improvements, new service building, and landscaping as defined by the Bid Documents.

Bids will be received for the following Work:
1. General Contract (all trades except electrical work).
2. The electrical drawings and specifications are included in the documents for reference only. This work will be self performed by the City of Jasper. The successful bidder shall be responsible to coordinate and schedule the electrical work.

Prebid Meeting: A Prebid meeting for all bidders will be held at Buffalo Trace Golf Course Pro Shop, 1728 Jackson Street, Jasper, IN 47546 on October 18, 2022 at 9:00 a.m. EST. Prospective prime bidders are requested to attend.

Bidders’ Questions: All bidder questions shall be submitted to Dan Engelbrecht, Hafer, at dengelbrecht@haferdesign.com. Questions will be answered via Addenda only.

Owner will receive sealed lump sum bids until the bid time and date at the location given below. Owner will consider bids prepared in compliance with the Instructions to Bidders issued by Owner, and delivered as follows:

Bid Date: November 8, 2022.
Bid Time: 3:30 p.m., local time (EST).
Location: Park and Recreation Office; 1301 St. Charles St, Jasper, Indiana 47546.
Opening: Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud the same day at 4:30 p.m., local time (EST) in the Council Chambers.
