Sealed proposals for the furnishing of all materials and the performance of all labor in accordance with the Contract Documents for the project referenced herein will be received by the Evansville Department of Parks and Recreation in Room 301 of the Civic Center Complex, 1 NW Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd., Evansville, Indiana 47708, until 12:00 p.m. Central (Local time) on February 15, 2023.

Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at 12:00 p.m. (local time) at the City of Evansville Board of Parks Commissioners meeting.

Proposals for the work as indicated on the contract documents will be received as follows:
Single Prime Contract: Base Bid shall include Site Demolition, Utility Demolition, Electrical Demolition, Earthwork, Erosion Control, construction of 24 pickleball courts, walks, curbs and related site utilities.
