Sealed proposals for the furnishing of all materials and the performance of all labor in accordance with the Contract Documents for the project referenced herein will be received at the office of: Evansville Department of Parks and Recreation 100 East Walnut Street
Evansville, IN 47713 until 12:00 noon CST (Local time) on April 5, 2023.
Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at 12:00 noon CST (local time) at the Parks Board Meeting.

A pre-bid conference will be held on Friday, March 31, 2023 at 9:00 CST (local) time. The location will be at the project site, 6101 N. First Avenue, Evansville, Indiana. All bidder questions shall be directed to Dan Engelbrecht, Hafer, dengelbrechthaferdesign.com, questions will be answered via Addendum only. The pre-bid conference will be attended by representatives of the Owner and the Architect
