Sealed Proposals for the furnishing of all materials and the performance of all labor in accordance with the contract documents for the project referenced herein will be received at the Office of Evansville Vanderburgh County Building Authority, 1 NW Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. Evansville, Indiana 47708. All bids will be accepted until 12:00 PM (CST) on Tuesday May 30, 2023. The Owner will consider bids prepared in compliance with the Instructions to Bidders. Any bids received after the designated time will be returned unopened. Bids shall be delivered in sealed envelopes bearing the name and address of bidder and indicating identification of the project. Bids will be awarded at a date yet to be determined.

Pre-Bid Meeting: A Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting and walk-thru will be conducted at the project site on May 16, 2023 from 9:30 AM to 11:30 PM Central, local time.

Copies of the Plans and Specifications may be obtained from MACO – Evansville Blue, 600 Court Street, Evansville, Indiana 47708 (812) 464-8108 or by accessing website hhtp://www.haferplanroom.com/ using your company’s active account information. If your company is not currently registered, you may do so by clicking “Register for an account”. Registered account holders may download digital files for a nominal fee.

Bidders may purchase up to three (3) printed sets of bid documents by paying a refundable deposit of Two Hundred and 00/100 Dollars ($200.00) per each set, with such deposit checks made payable to “Hafer.” Maco-Evansville Blue will issue a refund of a deposit to a bidder of up to three (3) sets of bid documents upon the bidder returning said bid documents in good, re-usable condition, to MACO – Evansville Blue no later than June 8, 2023. Failure of a bidder to return such bid documents as described will result in the bidder’s deposit being forfeited.
