Sealed Proposals for the furnishing of all materials and the performance of all labor in accordance with the contract documents for the projects referenced herein will be received at the Perry County School Board of Education, 315 Park Avenue, Hazard, KY 41701. All bids will be accepted until 2:00 PM (local time EST) on September 26, 2023. Any bids received after the designated time will be returned unopened. Bids shall be delivered in sealed envelopes bearing the name and address of bidder and indicating identification of the project. Bids will be opened privately.

Pre-Bid Meeting: A Pre-Bid Meeting will be conducted at Perry County Central High School Gymnasium on September 19, 2023 at 12:00PM local time (EST). A Pre-Bid Meeting will be conducted at Buckhorn School Gymnasium on September 19, 2023 at 2:00 local time (EST). Bidders are encouraged to attend.

Copies of the Plans and Specifications may be obtained from MACO – Evansville Blue, 600 Court Street, Evansville, Indiana 47708 (812) 464-8108 or by accessing website http://www.haferplanroom.com/ using your company’s active account information. These plans will be available after September 6, 2023. If your company is not currently registered, you may do so by clicking “Register for an account”. Registered account holders may download digital files for a nominal fee.

Bidders may purchase up to two printed sets of bidding documents by paying a refundable deposit of $100.00 per set ordered. Deposit checks shall be made out to “Hafer”.
