Sealed Proposals for the furnishing of all materials and the performance of all labor in accordance with the contract documents for the project referenced herein will be received at the Hafer, PSC, 21 SE Third Street, Suite 800, Evansville, Indiana 47708. All bids will be accepted until 3:00 PM (CST) on November 14, 2023. The Owner will consider bids prepared in compliance with the Instructions to Bidders. Any bids received after the designated time will be returned unopened. Bids shall be delivered in sealed envelopes bearing the name and address of bidder and indicating identification of the project. Bids will be opened privately.

Pre-Bid Meeting: A Pre-Bid Meeting and walk-thru will be conducted at the project site on October 24, 2023 at 9:00 AM Central, local time.

Bidders may obtain printed sets of bid documents by paying a refundable deposit of Two Hundred and 00/100 Dollars ($200.00) per each set, with such deposit checks made payable to “Hafer.” Maco-Evansville Blue will issue a refund of a deposit to a bidder of bid documents upon the bidder returning said bid documents in good, re-usable condition.
