Sealed proposals will be received by the Evansville-Vanderburgh Airport Authority District, at the Evansville Regional Airport, 7801 Bussing Drive, Evansville, Indiana, until July 18, 2025, 3:00 p.m. CDT.

A prebid conference will be held at Evansville Regional Airport Terminal building, in the Airport Board Meeting room on June 23, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. CDT.
