All Bids must be in accordance with the Bid Documents and Contract Drawings on file with the City of
Henderson Utility Commission, Henderson, Kentucky.

Submit two (2) filled-in copies of the Bid Data Sheets (including Affidavit for Bidders UB 21-40-09 and/or Reciprocal Preference UB 21-40-09) to the address above. Electronic copies of the Bid Documents and Drawings may be obtained for bidding purposes at MACO-Evansville Blueprint Co, 600 Court Street, Evansville, Indiana (812.464.8108) or by accessing website http://www.haferplanroom.com/ using your company’s active account information. If your company is not currently registered, you may do so by clicking “Register for an account”. Registered account holders may download digital files for a nominal fee.

Bidders may purchase up to three printed sets of bidding documents by paying a refundable deposit of $100.00 per set ordered. Deposit checks shall be made payable to “Hafer”.
