Sealed proposals will be received by the Evansville-Vanderburgh Airport Authority District, at the Evansville Regional Airport, 7801 Bussing Drive, Evansville, Indiana, until March 10, 2022, 3:00 p.m. CDT, which will then be publicly opened and read aloud. Any bid(s) received later than the above time will be returned unopened.
Proposals for the work as indicated on the contract documents will be received as follows:
Unified Bid Package: Base Bid shall include General, Civil, Mechanical and Electrical Construction.

A Prebid Conference for this project will be held at Evansville Regional Airport Terminal building, in the Airport Board Meeting Room on March 01, 2022, at 10:30 a.m. CDT.

Copies of the Plans and Specifications may be obtained from MACO – Evansville Blue, 600 Court Street, Evansville, Indiana 47708 (812) 464-8108 or by accessing website http://www.haferplanroom.com/ using your company’s active account information. If your company is not currently registered, you may do so by clicking “Register for an account”. Registered account holders may download digital files for $25.

Bidders may purchase up to two printed sets of bidding documents by paying a refundable deposit of $300.00 per set ordered. Deposit checks shall be made out to “Hafer”.

Amount of the deposit for up to two sets of bidding documents may be refunded in full when the Plans and Specifications have been returned to MACO – Evansville Blue within ten (10) days after time set for receiving bids and in good re-usable condition.
