Bidders may purchase up to three (3) printed sets of bid documents by paying a refundable deposit of Two Hundred and 00/100 Dollars ($200.00) per each set, with such deposit checks made payable to “Hafer, PSC.” Checks will be refunded back to a bidder of up to three (3) sets of bid documents upon the bidder returning said bid documents in good, re-usable condition, to MACO – Evansville Blue no later than December 6, 2022. Failure of a bidder to return such bid documents as described will result in the bidder’s deposit being forfeited.
